Accurate Estimating
Every repair begins with an accurate and in-depth inspection to identify what is needed to bring your vehicle back to its pre-loss condition.
Our HCD team works with you AND your insurance provider to ensure everything that was affected by the collision is completely covered and repaired.
2. Ordering Parts
When you choose HCD Auto Body, you get nationwide purchasing power. That means a nationwide inventory of parts at our disposal to get what you need here quickly and efficiently.
Plus we have the ability to procure both OEM and aftermarket parts at highly competitive rates for our insurance and our out-of-pocket customers.
3. Convenient Scheduling & Drop Off
After parts have been received, we work with you on a convenient day and time to drop off your vehicle. Life can be hectic so we want to make drop off as simple and stress free as possible.
4. Body Repair
Upon drop off the vehicle goes through a delivery inspection checklist and right into the shop for body repair. Here the vehicle has all affected parts torn down for replacement or repair. After completion of body repair, a quality control expert inspects the repairs, ensuring they are complete and ready for prep or final detail.
5. Prep & Paint
Once all body work is complete your vehicle moves into the paint preparation and paint refinish stage. Our paint department utilizes only the best paint on the market, PPG. In our state-of-the-art mixing room, we make an exact paint match based on your factory paint code. Once the paint refinish is completed, the vehicle is once again thoroughly assessed by a quality control expert before it is sent to final reassembly and detail.
7. Detailed Quality Inspection
Lastly your vehicle enters our detail staging area for a complete walk down and hand wash. In a final run through, our quality control expert inspects the vehicle through a final pre-delivery check list confirming the vehicle is ready for pickup!
6. Reassembly
Now your vehicle is back from the paint department and back in the body shop for a complete reassembly of all parts involved in the repair. Once completed the body technician inspects to make sure all parts are fitted back to the factory standard.
8. Vehicle Pick Up
The vehicle is officially repaired and is back to its pre-loss condition. One of our friendly front office staff will contact you to arrange pickup and get you safely back on the road.
